Solar energy
A solar facade and rooftop photovoltaics enable on-site electricity generation. The energy produced supports both the operation of the building and the charging of vehicles on-site.
Green facades
An optional green façade allows the tower to blend harmoniously with its surroundings. It improves the microclimate and provides a visible contribution to sustainable, livable urban development.
Charging infrastructure
Each parking space can optionally be equipped with an integrated wallbox, enabling a fully electrified infrastructure. With a standard charging capacity of 22 kW, vehicles are efficiently charged during the parking period.
DGNB Certification
We are a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and we build our EParkTowers to DGNB Gold standards by default. Upon request, we also plan and construct to DGNB Platinum standards. This way, we create sustainable, future-ready parking solutions with measurable ecological, economic, and functional quality.
